Novacruitix is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and entry-level candidates who are interested in business analysis, data analytics, and business intelligence.

Key ResponsibilitiesGather and document business requirements.
Collect, organize, clean, and validate business data.
Create basic Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Collaborate with team members to understand business needs.
Document business processes and workflows.
Support data quality checks and reporting accuracy.
Help identify opportunities to improve business processes and efficiency.
Basic knowledge of Tableau or an interest in learning data visualization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
