Position Overview: Responsible for moving pallets of merchandise from staging areas and loading trailers to support community feeding efforts. This role involves operating equipment, inspecting trailers, and ensuring safe handling of products. Responsibilities Load full pallets into trailers, avoiding damage Operate forklift and pallet jack safely Inspect trailers and equipment before use Use RF handhelds or voice systems for verification Wrap pallets and perform equipment maintenance Maintain a clean work area and complete inspection forms Adhere to safety protocols and handle sharp objects properly Qualifications & Skills Certified forklift and pallet jack operator Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 60 lbs and standing for long periods Commitment to safety, reliability, and quality work Effective communication and teamwork skills Relevant experience of 1-2 years preferred Additional Information: Offers paid training, weekly pay, benefits from day one, career growth opportunities, and a focus on safety and inclusivity.
